Mud Run Training Workout Format
What’s up everyone!
Hope your week is going well and hope all your mud run training is kicking A$$!
We have a few KRANSKTERS out in Colorado hitting up the Spartan Run out there.
Anyone else hitting that up?
So todays gonna be a nice day so why not show you what I’m gonna hit up.
This is what my format of a workout usually looks like:
Mud Run Training Workout Format
1. Foam roll- open up soft tissue
2. Dynamic Warm up- Properly “fire” up the body
3. Mobility and Corrective Stretching -I have history of issue and have dysfunctional movements So I gotta fix them up prior
4. Workout
5. Stretch with specifics to my injuries
SO I will hit up my basic Strength movements and then add this to the mix
1/4 run
50 squats
50 lunges
50 push up
1/4 run
40 squats
40 lunges
40 push up
1/4 run
30 squats
30 lunges
30 push up
1/4 run
Done and stretch
