I hope you all have a great weekend.

I am completely sore from head to toe from my biggest obstacle:

Move our gym in 1 day.

Hahahahaha now that’s some heavy stuff going on

But just like  an obstacle race it gets tough and hard to focus on

keeping on moving. But you have to.

Little by little your body wants to stop and tell you

“Stop moving, Just quit, Let someone else do it…”

You have to say “NO! I got this”

and move little by little into the fray.

We are not nearly as close to being done to deadline, but we

are closer than we were 2 days ago.

Inch by inch, day by day, stride after stride….

You will get to your goal and finish.

Just set that mindset to FINISH and not quit.

You will always have me behind your back and will have others behind you.

Something I did yesterday to get your workout in.

We are in the process of switching locations at KRANK.

Lots of running around and lifting. LOL

So excuse me if the emails and posts are short.

But I wanted to make sure you get something in.

Try this out: Tough Mud Run Workout for the Weekend Spartan

This workout has 3 parts:

part 1

1/4 mile run

100 crunches

100 bicycle abs

1/4 mile run

===========

Part 2

then  4 rounds of:

10 burpees

20 push ups

30 sit ups

40 lunges

============

Part 3

then

1/4 mile run

100 crunches

100 bicycle abs

1/4 mile run

Have fun everyone!!!!!

And kill your tough mudder, spartan race, go ruck, or run if you have one this week

So the weekend is over and some of you have hit up some runs this weekend.

If you are crushed and really sore take the time to hit up some light movements and force that blood to move.

Also hit some mobility and stretching to help recover.

Whats up everyone in the tough mudder spartan race land of champions!!!!

Here is little workout for oyu all to hit up while training for you next 2013 mud run.

whether it be 2103 tough mudder, 2013 spartan races, get your a$$es in gear

because your run is gonna come up faster than you think.

Tough Mud Training Workout for Spartans

(equip needed: slam ball and pull up)

Bearcrawl 30 feet forwards and backwards

Push ups 10

Barb wire crawl 30 feet forwards and backwards

Squats 15

Pulls 10

Slams 10-15

1/4 mile

repeat for 30 mins after warm up

Whats up everyone?

I’m here in the Sandy Strucken Shores of New Jersey.

right in Sea Bright NJ where the Jingle my Balls Run Proceeds went to.

Having helped this area in the time of need was perfect and we will still continue to do so.

At a conference right now with other coaches and here’s a little workout for you all.

I’ll be back up north this weekend.

Tough Mud Run Training Workout-Sandy Relief

Run 1/2 mile

30 Squats

30 Push ups

30 sit ups

30 pull ups

30 burpees

30 hanging leg raises or regular leg raises

30 v ups

run 1/2 mile or 2 laps

REPEAT

30 Squats

30 Push ups

30 sit ups

30 pull ups

30 burpees

30 hanging leg raises or regular leg raises

30 v ups

Run 1/2 mile or 2 laps

DONE-o-matic

Whats up y’all!!!!

I hope you are killing it!

Tons on people are gearing up for the 2013 tough mudders, spartan races, warrior dashes, etc.

We are planning  a trip to Colorado for the Spartan in March or May forget

I have been adding a bit of running to the workouts and want to see how it turns up.

but for today here is you workout to start tough training for your next mud run.

Partner up

1/4 mile run

LAdder up and down 1—-10 10—-1 Squat Jumps
 
1/4 mile run
LAdder up and down 1—-10 10—-1  Push ups
 
1/4 mile run
LAdder up and down 1—-10 10—-1  Pulling
1/4
ROLL OUT!!!
Now you can make this a fun partner thing with an “I go, You go”
Partner goes 1 rep you do one rep
partner does 2 reps you do 2 reps….etc etc

What up everyone I hope you are killing it

I am sore as balls right now because I hit up a workout that maybe I shouldn’t have but

I just had the feeling that I had to try it.

You know what I mean?

Here it is:

Mud Run Workout- Holy Balls

1/2 mile run or more

100 squats

200 Jumping jacks

300 Walking lunges

400 crunches

500 Mountain CLimbers

1/2 mile run or more

Listen I am pretty sore this week from working out haha

AND REALLY TIGHT

So I am making sure to hit up my flexibility and mobility.today and tons yesterday.

Anyone else out there have a story to share about your reason to doing mud runs?

Have training for these events and using the site helped you change you life?

Just wondering a lot of people have told me about how working out for their run

changed them and just wondering if that sounds like a similar topic.

Triple 5 Soul

Warm it up

Run 10 minutes

5 Broad Jumps

50 moutain climbers

5 vertical jumps

50 moutain climbers

5 burpess

50 mountain climbers

5 pull ups

50 moutain climbers

3-4 rounds

Run 10 minutes

Stretch out and recover

Do 10 of each, 9 of each, 8 of each…7…6..5…4…3…2…1 and then

Run for 7-10 miles
